A concierge service is a service designed to provide busy people assistance managing their daily personal and professional tasks, or “to do” checklist. We are our clients own personal assistant, a “personal concierge”. Often only found in luxury hotels & resorts, Elite Concierge Unlimited offers a unique twist, UNLIMITED services.

How do I make a request?

How much notice do you need?

It’s best to schedule services with at least 24 hour notice, but we are happy to be of service with little or no notice at all, when possible. Additional fee may be required. We respond to your requests promptly and professionally.

What method of payment do you accept?

Elite Concierge Unlimited accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, Cash, Money Order, Company Checks and Personal Checks with prior approval.

What if I need to cancel a service?

We prefer 24 hours notice or a minimal fee applies. In some situations that is not possible, we require 4 hours notice.

What if I need something not listed?

As a full service concierge, we will do everything possible to accommodate you. Our mission is to provide personal assistance for all your needs, as long as it’s legal.

What kind of plans do you provide? Are there membership fees?

We offer A la Carte services on an hourly basis. There are no membership fees, our Membership Packages are designed to give clients our premium service. Our Specialty Packages are just that special packages already put together for you! We will always work with you to custom design a membership or specialty package to fit your needs.
